Welcome to Xutomation. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. Our services are diverse, and in some cases, additional terms may apply. These additional terms become part of your agreement with us when you use those services.

By using Xutomation’s website and services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and code, is the property of Xutomation and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

You agree to use Xutomation's services for lawful purposes only and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any illegal or unauthorized use of our services is strictly prohibited.

Clients must provide complete and accurate information, including credentials and access necessary to complete automation projects. Failure to do so may cause delays or incur additional costs.

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, credentials, and project data. Clients are also expected to treat shared proprietary materials with confidentiality.

All payment terms, project milestones, and delivery timelines will be mutually agreed upon before project initiation. Clients are required to fulfill agreed payments in a timely manner. Delays caused by third-party services or client inaction may affect delivery.

Xutomation does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of our services. All services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xutomation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

Xutomation provides automation as a service. Code and logic developed during the engagement remain the intellectual property of Xutomation unless otherwise agreed. Clients receive access to workflows or interfaces necessary to run the automation but may not modify or redistribute the code without permission.

Client credentials and business data shared for project execution are stored securely. Clients are encouraged to change passwords post-project completion. Data may be anonymized and used to improve service performance or templates unless consent is withdrawn.

We may integrate with third-party platforms like OpenAI, Zapier, n8n, Make, Airtable, and others as required. We are not responsible for service outages or limitations caused by those platforms.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, client access to tools or systems provided by Xutomation may be revoked.

Xutomation reserves the right to make improvements, updates, or changes to the software and services provided. Where applicable, clients will be informed in advance.
